By ordering, accessing, or using any BharatXHost hosting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Hosting accounts are activated automatically once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information at the time of order.
You may not use BharatXHost services to host or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property. Reselling hosting at your own price is permitted; offering free hosting using our packages is not.
While storage and bandwidth are unmetered, all accounts are subject to fair-usage limits on CPU, RAM, and inode (file) count as detailed in your plan. Accounts that consistently exceed fair use may be asked to upgrade.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Plans renew at the same price as the original order, provided no coupon or promotional discount was applied. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.
BharatXHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups in addition to any backups we provide.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
